| Paintings with any problems will be solved properly.
1. Paintings broken during the shipping, please claim within 48hours. We will fix the problem with the shipping company. At the same time we will refund money or remake a painting for clients.
2. Paintings with quality problems, please take photo and claim within 3 days. With serious problem, we willrefund money or remake the painting. However, since the paintings need time to dry enough to be sent, 10 days will be safe. Bigger quantity more than 50pcs, will depend on the actual order quantity. Normally for the abstracts and impressions, we are availalbe of finish 3,000pcs per month. And for the other complicated subjects will need to see actual. Please send us the photo to inform the place not happy with, we will return the money or remake the painting for compensation. Yes, wooden stretched, exterior frame both are availalbe. The exterior frames we will recommend themsuitablely according to the painting. We are cooperating the International Expresses, 3-5working days usually to arrived to the destinations. Russia and South American areas will need 7-10days.
